  • Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
  • During festive seasons, promotional events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all locations across India. International shipping may also be available for selected destinations.

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 Business Days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 Business Days

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–21 Business Days, depending on customs clearance and local courier services.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and order value.
  • Selected products or promotional campaigns may qualify for Free Shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier partner's tracking system.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

Shozy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order Number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Our team will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government charges.
