Return Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The footwear must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original shoe box, packaging, tags, and accessories.
- The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
- Customized or personalized footwear
- Gift cards
- Footwear showing signs of use, wear, stains, scratches, or damage
- Products returned without the original box, packaging, or tags

Refund Process
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Photos of the shoe box and packaging
- Description of the issue
After verification, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A size exchange (subject to availability)

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible footwear based on size or availability.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective footwear, or incorrect size shipped), we will bear the return shipping charges.
- For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and will be handled according to this policy.
